The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your own health assessment, tobacco use, amount needed, and years desired. We send these to the carriers' platform for quotes but don't keep them. No name, address, phone, or email required for quoting. Identical requests may be cached briefly to avoid redundant calls.

Applying

If you choose to apply, your answers prefill the carriers' application and you continue under their privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency is the licensed California broker managing the application, License 0B75129.

The contact form

The contact form asks for name, email, an optional phone, reply preference, issue type, and your note. We email it to the agency; your address goes in the reply line. We keep no copy, no database, no message log. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before send.

Measurement

We track visits using first-party, cookieless analytics from this domain. We don't set cookies or use local identifiers. Your IP is masked (two octets removed) before storage. Referring page queries are stripped. Raw logs are removed after three months. Browsers that signal Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control bypass measurement completely.

What we do not do

We don't trade in data, run ads, or use tracking pixels. The only third-party code on this site is on the apply page—the carriers' application system—which loads only if you go there.
