Monthly price is each carrier's quote for your chosen amount, term, and class, paid each month. Rate class shows the underwriting tier the quote assumes; the carrier confirms the real class after underwriting. Exam tells you whether the carrier expects a paramedical exam; most accelerated programs skip it for eligible applicants. A.M. Best is the carrier's financial stability rating.
